Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship to addresses throughout New Zealand. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in New Zealand.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking provided
  • Available nationwide

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking provided
  • Available to most areas (some remote locations may take longer)

Rural Delivery:

  • Additional 1-2 business days may apply
  • Rural delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (within New Zealand)

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order through the carrier's website or your Serenity BeautyNZ Limited account
  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update

Delivery

Signature Required:

  • Signature may be required for delivery
  • If you're not home, the carrier will leave a card with collection instructions
  • Packages may be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • PO Box delivery is available for items that fit standard mailbox dimensions

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays or disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote or rural locations
  • Customs inspections (for international orders, if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If the package appears damaged, note this with the courier and contact us immediately with photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue
  • We will arrange to send the correct items at no additional cost

Address Changes

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
  • Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages (contact the carrier directly)

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

You will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipping fees (if you want the order resent)
  • Or you may request a refund minus original shipping costs

Peak Season Delays

During busy periods (Christmas, sales events, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
  • Delivery times may be longer due to high courier volumes
  • We will notify you of any expected delays
